Coke_AMS_JV Posting_Duplicate item on SAP when posting a JV Request from application

ISSUE INFO

According to ticket #INC-513007 on 2024 September 24th, GL Team of Coca-Cola inform that a JV Request 88247722 have been double line in SAP after posting from JV Posting Automation application. The request only 4 lines uploaded to the app, but BOT posted to SAP 8 lines.

WORKAROUND/SOLUTION

Business Process

General information:

JV Request has been submitted by Requester on the JV Posting Application.

Then the request will be informed to Function Manager by email for Approval Request.

This request has been approved by Function Manager -> Business Analysis -> Finance Controller on the screen of each approver on JV Posting Application.

At last, GL Check will be checking the information of request about Tax code/Company Code (TC/CC) and Posted on SAP by BOT (T-code: ZFB50) or Manually (T-code: F-02)

If request has been rejected by any approver, this request will be terminated the system and next approver will not review this request.

After Finance Controller approved, then GL Checker checked the JV request and Submit to SAP by BOT (T-code: ZFB50), the request is duplicated item on the SAP (from 4 rows to 8 rows).
