Corrective action:
· Issue was well addressed with Noventiq Management and strong
decision against the patch implementation team was taken by permanently removing
the resource from the account.
· Complete team was made vigilant and recommended, going further
to schedule a bridge call with all required stakeholders to perform and
implement patching activity, in case of any confusion.
· Still if any
confirmation required at the last moment of scheduled change window – follow
the escalation matrix.
