Laserfish Application Issue Noventiq Support team performed the complete database health check and connectivity status however no issues were identified. Post on request from client to share the detailed investigation, a ticket was logged with Microsoft team - Case ID 2211170050001695. Noventiq support team requested the same with GRInfra DB team to share access to SQL server or share the details logs, which can be further shared with MS team to perform detailed investigation. GRInfra DB confirmed that application server was decommissioned, hence no logs were available to be shared further. In absence of logs MS team was not able to perform detailed investigation, hence RCA remains unidentified
